what a great week.

spent the week with a f riend and had a great week. walked 5 to 6 miles a day and I feel great. back in TN and keeping up the walking. I walked today and plan to do so every morning after I drop off the kids. feeling stronger and trying not to let others get me down.

  1. We need to meet up this summer! we love to walk and hike. We try to do 4 miles 5 times a week. You know what A~man has. We are so committed to make sure we do everything in our power to keep him at a good weight. The last few month we have become committed to bring our weight down too so we can be around a long time for our kids.
